Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene stickers and brand tags remain intact for a valid return.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to your local authorized carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
